When I use the Activator the CA
turns white, bubbles or foams.
- You are using too much activator. The cyanoacrylate has accelerated so
much that the heat generated because of the ultrafast cure causes bubbles or foaming.
- Use just a light spray of activator our use
Aerosol for a more even mist.
- For bonding: Spray accelerator on one surface and Cyanoacrylate on the
other. Then press the two surfaces together for an instant bond.
- Using too much Accelerator may weaken the bonding strength.
- Aerosol Activator misting action is better
suited to spray directly on Cyanoacrylate which will minimize foaming.
